Tribune Supports Horner Park

Planning for the project started in the late 90s and the final touches, including a trail at the water's edge and a more interesting and undulating regrading of the bank were added recently at the request of the nearby community. Neighbors also asked for minimal tree removal which leaves some nonnative species in place but preserves the character of the upland and blocks park lights.
