Giving Tuesday 2024

Friends of the Chicago River's mission is to restore and protect the Chicago-Calumet River system for all people, water, and wildlife. Protect our watershed. Restore our future in this battle against accelerated climate change.

Gifts made or pledged on Giving Tuesday (Tuesday, December 3, 2024 from 12 am - 11:59 pm) are eligible for a match from our generous board members, Harry Lamberton ($5,000 donated),  Corey Bossard ($2,000 donated), and Board President Sally Fletcher ($3,000 donated).

Double your dollar on Giving Tuesday. Gifts will be matched up to $10,000. If you plan on mailing a check, or paying with a donor-advised fund, you can pledge your gift by emailing gdrennen@chicagoriver.org, or calling (312) 939-0490, ext. 10, to ensure that your gift will go towards the match.
