Summer Float Party

The Summer Float Party is a celebration of the Chicago and Calumet Rivers, our 156-mile Chicago River system. It's a parade--float--river party on the North Channel of the Chicago River that benefits Friends of the Chicago River. We're dedicated to connecting people to the river, restoring habitat for native wildlife, and making the river cleaner and healthier for today and generations to come.

Join us for an after party at Village Inn Bar and Grill, 8050 Lincoln Ave, Skokie, IL 60077. They'll be serving $3 Coors Light drafts and bottles just a 9 minute drive from the Rowing Center, close to downtown Skokie. There’s nothing you need to show at the bar location; it is a special for the whole time and open to all customers that afternoon.
