Evening bat (Nycticeius humeralis)
Tags: Volunteers, CREW opportunities, and River education

Friends of the Chicago River has restored habitat for three river-dependent species: Osprey, Bats, and Turtles; and we need your help to monitor them. These trainings will provide all of the necessary information and expectations for interested volunteers to monitor these animals and their habitats.

The best part is that no experience is needed! Groups and families are encouraged. Children under 18 must monitor with an adult.

Location:
North Park Village Nature Center,
5801 North Pulaski Road, Chicago

To register, please email Mark Hauser at mhauser@chicagoriver.org

A light breakfast will be provided.
