Welcome Gramm Drennen

Friends of the Chicago River is excited to welcome Gramm Drennen as our development associate where they support Friends’ fundraising efforts and donor engagement.

Drennen joins us from Detroit with years of experience in development and event support, most recently serving as a Development & Patron Engagement Associate at ArtOps, LLC, a consultancy serving small and medium-sized nonprofit organizations in development, finance, marketing, and operations & events. Gramm has an obvious passion for connecting with our donors and improving systems and relationships. Gramm also has a musical background with a Bachelor of Music from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Music: Contemporary Classical Music Performance Boston Conservatory at Berklee in Boston.

Gramm has already demonstrated their amazing skills diving into Friends in the same month as the Autumn Cruise, a board of directors meeting, and the Race for the River 5K and Family Festival. The development team is looking forward to growing with Gramm and discovering together deeper donor relationships and more spectacularly engaging events.
